For the safety of our current residents we screen all new applicants using references, credit reports, criminal history data, and any other available information. New Tenants must have acceptable credit, clean criminal histories, good rental history and must qualify based on income. Although we do allow pets, we are not able to accept pit-bulls or Rot-weillers.
if an acceptable application is submitted a security deposit equal to one-months' rent is required to take the home off the market. At that time the lease will be filled out and signed by both you and us. Before moving in, the first full month's rent will need to be paid in addition to the deposit. After that, rent will be due on the first of each month.
